Conditions of Use

Terms and Conditions:

1.) Please note that the retailers could not offer more than 10% discount on top of suggested retail price;
2.) Any retailers complained and found by offering further discount and violate the T&C, Caesars Diffusion Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the product supply without prior notice.
3.) The dealership will be reviewed subject to the total sales turnover every 2 months.
4.) Caesars Diffusion Ltd. reserves the right for expanding other dealers in the same region without prior notice.
5.) We only accept cash/ immediate cheques, any delayed payment will be charged 3% administration fee.
